Payments and Bonds
Scott County's Circuit Clerk gives several payment channels. In person, the office accepts cash, money orders, and cashier's checks for court costs when the user has a case number. By mail, payments must be money order or cashier's check only, payable to Scott County Circuit Court, with the case number included. The office says to allow five to seven business days for delivery. A drop box is located on the south end of the courthouse, and items should be addressed to the Circuit Clerk's Office with the case number included.
Online card payments use CourtMoney. Scott County tells users to choose Make A Payment and use Form ID 1095, with the case number required.
